2. Use of the Platform
Code Estate grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for lawful purposes. You agree not to use the platform to post false, inaccurate, misleading, or fraudulent property listings; harass, abuse, or harm other users; violate any applicable law or regulation; or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. Code Estate reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
4. Property Listings
Agents who list properties on Code Estate are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of their listings. Code Estate does not verify the accuracy of listing information and is not liable for errors or omissions. Listings must comply with all applicable laws and must not infringe on third-party rights.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on Code Estate, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Code Estate or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
6. Inquiries and Communications
Code Estate facilitates communication between buyers and agents but is not a party to any transaction between users. We do not guarantee the accuracy of information provided by users and are not responsible for the conduct of any user. All agreements and transactions are solely between the relevant parties.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Code Estate is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Use of the platform is at your own risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Code Estate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Code Estate and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
10. Modifications to Terms
Code Estate reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the platform. Your continued use of Code Estate after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Code Estate shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
